Sendspin updated configs

Hey folks. I updated sendspin configs for the Sonocotta boards to use the latest stable code in this PR. Hope that might help with testing it.

Updated configs are for Esparagus boards, ESP32 audio boards, and Esparagus echo

My own observations: S3-based boards work really smoothly, really nothing to complain about. Classic ESP32 is quite choppy, regular hiccups and occasional reboots, so not really usable atm.

Please reach out if you have issues with building/flashing. Otherwise, it’s better to be reported to the sendspin dev team

In case you missed it, Sendspin is a new multi-room synchronized protocol with a few important extra features. It is open-source (hello Airplay), it is capable of sending not only audio, but also albumart and visualisations (hello snapclient), and it is actively developing (hello slimproto), so new features are being added every day.
